All readings, reports, interpretations, lessons, journal prompts and social content from The Cosmic Brief are for entertainment, spiritual exploration and personal reflection only.

Tarot, astrology, numerology and dream interpretations offer symbolic perspectives. They are not statements of fact, guaranteed predictions, diagnoses or promises of a particular result. You choose what feels meaningful and remain responsible for your decisions.

This content does not replace medical, mental health, legal, financial or other qualified professional advice. Seek an appropriately licensed professional for those needs.

Purchases & refunds

All sales are final once your purchased digital product or personal reading has been successfully delivered, except for processing failures, non-delivery and rights provided by applicable law.

If a system error prevents your purchase from processing, your report cannot be generated, or you do not receive the product you paid for, contact us. We will arrange a full refund or, with your agreement, manually process or deliver your purchase again at no additional charge.

A reading is an interpretation, so disagreement with its message or a change of mind after successful delivery is not normally a basis for a refund. This policy does not remove any non-waivable cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

Email help@thecosmicbrief.info with your purchase email, purchase date and order reference or receipt. Do not send your card number. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Product-specific terms shown before purchase also apply. Any future physical product will have its own shipping, damage and return terms before it is offered for sale.

Your personal tarot reading

Your cards are drawn personally. Your written interpretation and a photo of your spread are generally emailed as attachments within 48 hours of purchase from The Cosmic Brief.

Please provide a working email address, your chosen spread and your question or theme. A focus date is optional; otherwise the purchase date is used for the date interpretation.

Check your spam and promotions folders if your reading has not arrived. If it is still missing, email help@thecosmicbrief.info. Your purchase receipt confirms payment; it is separate from your completed personal reading.

Save your reading & protect your privacy

Download and save your tarot attachments within 10 days of delivery. This is a saving recommendation, not an expiration timer. Attachments already delivered to your inbox do not automatically expire, and copies you save remain yours to keep.

Our working practice is to remove our own copies of your completed tarot report and card photo 30 days after delivery. Recovery after that period is not guaranteed. This is handled through our manual fulfillment process; this website does not automatically delete Gmail attachments or files on our devices.

Payment, receipt, support and transaction records may be retained separately for accounting, refunds, disputes or legal requirements. Payment providers and email services follow their own retention practices. We cannot delete copies in your inbox or on your devices.

We use the details you submit to prepare and deliver your reading and respond to support requests. Avoid including sensitive medical, financial or identity information in your theme. For the separate Natal Sky chart and report service, see its privacy information and purchase and recovery terms.
